Shawn hate to carry Lightning cable in 2024 so he DIYed ShawnCase. Once ShawnCase is connected correctly, it can use USB-C cable to support both charging & data just as the same performance as the original Lightning port.

I helped Mr. Shawn create the English audio track for his YouTube video. I really like this device; it elegantly and simply solves the compatibility issue between older iPhones and the new USB interfaces. It’s a pity that MFi certification seems out of reach, otherwise, it could have been a great growth point in iPhone protective case accessories.
