Driftt - Customer communication app for product marketers

A new marketing product from former HubSpot Product Exec @dcancel, his third after Compete and Performable. Curious how Driftt (invite only right now) differentiates from Intercom.

Wow looking really cool. Anything @dcancel touches is pure gold.

We recently started using Driftt here at Cymbal and have been blown away by the level of customer support they've given us and the product itself! Very happy customer.

Huge fan of @dcancel. Looking forward to check Driftt out.

I just loaded this on our site yesterday. I like the Slack integration too! Lets see how this goes!

Definitely recommend it and they have a free plan that does a great deal.

Pros:

It works very well, no glitches so far, very easy to use and very responsive customer service team.

Cons:

Their online HELP material doesn't seem to match what one looks for. But, unfortunately, that's pretty common even for large companies
