1440 hours— That's how much time we spend on our phone in a year. Let me say it again. 1440 hours. If we're talking about work, that's equivalent to 180 days. In terms of active hours, it's 25%. You could even watch "Game of Thrones" 23 times over. What if you could use these 1440 hours more meaningfully?

Reducing screen time is such a crucial goal these days. I'm curious, how customizable are the app blocking features? Can users set different rules for weekdays and weekends, or does it operate uniformly? Congrats on the launch, Masaki!

@kyrylosilin from what I’ve been using so far, I’m able to pick auto-curated groups or hand pick apps individually (or both!). They can even be set to routines so I’d say this app is pretty versatile!

@semanser Thank you for the excellent question! iOS Screen Time makes it too easy to extend usage by 15 minutes, which was ineffective for me. For example, with DREAM SHEEP, you can only use an app for 10 minutes. If you want to use it again, you need to take a 10-second deep breath. This slightly annoying process helps prevent excessive usage! And it’s cute too 🐑 Additionally, we have a SUPER Block mode that ensures you cannot open the app during the set time. This might be a bit too strict, but it’s an option! 😂
