Never manually source talent again with Dover Autopilot!
With just a link to your job description, we'll find candidate matches in minutes, and even pre-drafted personalized emails.
Try it for free for 2 weeks with our limited-time offer!
Hi there! I'm Max, one of the co-founders and CEO of Dover.
For the last four years, our team has enabled Stripe, Scale AI, OpenSea, Benchling, Vanta, and more than 400 other amazing companies to attract and impress top talent. It's our mission to make the recruiting process as seamless as possible end-to-end — meaning everything from sourcing to scheduling to candidate experience management.
That's why today is super exciting: Dover Autopilot is our first-ever self-serve offering. Now anyone can see how much Dover can supercharge your recruiting, and for a limited time, you get two weeks free, and then it’s just $99/mo for your first job opening.
And just in case you're not itching to try it already, here are three killer features that I think are game-changers when it comes to recruiting tech:
✅ Automatically generated personalized emails that are tailored to each individual candidate in your outbox.
✅ Sourcing on Full Auto allows Dover to automate email sending at scale without sacrificing outreach quality. Don't worry, you can still review every communication before it goes out if you prefer.
✅ Our advanced filtering lets you customize your search to target specific companies, pull in layoff lists, key in detailed experience requirements, and much more.
I know that there are tons of recruiting automation tools out there. Our differentiator is that we pushed hard to make Dover ridiculously easy for anyone, regardless of their recruiting or hiring experience.
It's super simple: Dover finds the best candidates for your open roles across 100+ data points, finds their contact info and sends personalized emails to get them to interview with you. And it can be set to “full auto”, so you can source while you sleep.
It just works — thanks to years of painstaking automation, data munging, and a sprinkle of GPT-3. Set up takes less than 10 minutes, and our targeting is more precise than any agency or other sourcing product.
We’re excited to share this new launch with the PH community and will be around all day to answer your questions, so feel free to drop a comment below!
Congrats on the launch of Dover Autopilot, Max! 🎉 This sounds like an awesome product — I'm curious to know if Autopilot has any capabilities to schedule interviews with candidates automatically? It would be a huge time-saver! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the PH community. 👍
@paolo_degiglio thanks so much paulo! Dover’s Sourcing Autopilot covers all things sourcing + contacting candidates. Dover Scheduling automatically schedules interviews from phone screen to offer and is included in our other plans! check them out here: dover.com/pricing or let us know if you’re interested in using Scheduling
and if you want Dover to handle phone screens, we have a service for that too :)
@paolo_degiglio many of Dover's customers use Dover Scheduling as well - it's a huge time saver to automatically schedule interviews with candidates, send reminder emails, and then ping you after when you forget to send next steps :)
@danya_pashuk Hey Danya, Sharon from the product team at Dover here. Thanks for trying us out! Happy to hear it was useful. Definitely encourage you to start the free trial now since it's a limited time offer :)
Ohh wow! I always wondered when someone is going to come up with the Full Auto mode to communicate with folks on my behalf. This is something that I am going to use right away!
Congratulations on your launch @max_kolysh 🔥
@ug911 thanks for the support utkarsh! yes, definitely give it a try now. we've never done a free trial before and it's only available for a limited time!
@max_kolysh would it be possible to tune the automated responses to inquire about the candidates through some specific questions and extract relevant information? This would help in easier qualification of selective candidates.
@ug911 great question, you can definitely ask qs in the initial outreach if you want people to self-select out or share more info from the get-go.
but the best way to find out more information is often through getting on an initial phone call with candidates. with outbound candidates especially, every back-and-forth email is a chance for them to drop off.
we know phone screens can be time-consuming. at Dover, we can handle those as well! we have an Interviewer service which is a great way to learn more about candidates basic qual (you totally customize the screener questions) & pitch them on the role. you can learn more here: https://www.dover.com/services/i....
Congrats on the launch! I know hiring first hand is tough and I'm always looking for tools that can help out. This looks super cool and will definitely try it out for future hiring needs.
@pooch116 Hey Saahith, Sharon from the product team at Dover here. Appreciate your support! Definitely encourage you to try us out now since it's a limited time offer :)
@pooch116 hi saahith, katy from the bizops team at Dover here -- honestly, hiring is so difficult! truly, that's why we built Dover. definitely come check it out once you're hiring again :)
Seems like a smart way to get some leads :). I am wondering whether this would be helpful for a startup that's just looking for it's first engineering hire or even a co-founder? Love the idea of this tool but trying to understand if the pricing structure makes sense for small (tiny) operations.
@the_esc@tobias_enholm hey, great question. you’ll prob end up hiring your first eng thru your own referral network, but it's useful to also do outbound to calibrate your bar, get some revs in on the process, and perfect your pitch. outbound probably isn't the best strategy to find a cofounder -- you're better off in circles where people may already be looking for one!
hope that helps :)
Big move! This took a lot of courage to commit to. Props to you & team.
Question: how did you get it to full auto? How accurate is it? / what kind of errors / what error rates do you see?
@stedmanblake thanks for the qs stedman!
we recognize that candidate quality is subjective and varies from person to person, so we wanted to empower our users to easily self-serve and refine their criteria as they go. this allows them to eventually be confident in Dover’s ability to identify the candidates that match their criteria!
here’s a bit more about how it works when you create a job:
Dover starts you with some initial criteria based on your role. you’ll have the chance to refine using hundreds of smart filters. matching leads are added to an outbox with personalized messaging. there you have the chance to send outreach or remove them from the list!
once you’re comfortable with the leads, you can put on “full auto” so fresh leads get emailed every day. you still get 24 hrs to review and further personalize messaging or remove folks from the list if you want.
it’s really up to you how much time you want to spend, but dover does all of the heavy lifting for you!
@stedmanblake thanks so much for your support & thoughtful questions! we're really excited about the latest version that gives full control to the user over candidate quality & comms. our team is constantly building out new product areas to make sourcing capabilities better and better!
When AI meets recruitment. Looks very well-executed here 👌 and I can imagine the amount of time and value this brings to an organization seeking talent. Grats on the launch here!
@saasdesigner hi bren, I'm katy from the bizops team at Dover... one of our long-time customers recently told us that Dover saves his team 15-20 hours per week :) gotta love ai-powered recruiting!
appreciate your support!
Super excited about this launch, I know the Dover team has been working tirelessly on making this magical recruiting experience. I'm excited to try it out!
SOOOoo many startups do hiring by "the CTO sending linkedin messages when she's not otherwise completely overwhelmed" or "hiring a contract recruiter" or other things that inevitably have huge problems. Just having something like this that is simple, low touch, easy to get started with...wow what a help.
@coyne_lloyd1 totally, there's never enough bandwidth on recruiting teams, regardless of size! founders, hiring managers, and recruiters all use Dover so they have more time for the strategic work of recruiting -- like talking to candidates & closing offers.
appreciate your support coyne!
