Door of Clubs — Connecting student clubs and companies

As companies and startups try to address diversity at the top with splashy hires and hundreds of millions of dollars, many are missing that the root of the problem must be solved from the bottom up. That is what Door of Clubs, a student club management and on-campus recruiting platform, is looking to solve. The startup launched towards the end of last year with seed funding from iRobot's talent head Russ Campanello, among others. It just launched its Diverse Talent Identification Platform (DTIP) to enable recruiters to manage targeted college recruitment of diverse students in one place. Recruiters and hiring managers easily search for, identify and engage specific types of diverse student talent based on Gender, Minority Groups, Club Name, School, Major, Year of Graduation, Location, Skills, etc. They can then manage the relationships they form with clubs and strong candidates from underrepresented groups through one central point on the Door of Clubs platform.
