The Documenso platform plan lets you add white-labeled signing flows to any product or platform without limits.
Build workflows, create templates, and integrate seamlessly with tools you love—modern, secure, and customizable for any scale.
Hey everyone,
We are back, baby 🎉 Today, we want to share where we’re taking Documenso next. Until now, we’ve focused on making Documenso a beautifully designed signing tool. But from day one, our mission has always been to make Documenso an integral part of every tech stack—so no one ever has to build signing from scratch again.
🏗️🚀 So today, we are launching the Documenso Platform plan: https://documenso.com/platform
The Platform plan is available for purchase in your billing settings, but we’re always happy to discuss your needs in detail beforehand. It comes with a lot of perks tailored to products and platforms integrating signing and preparing to scale:
🛣️ Unlimited Signing Volume for Cost Certainty as You Scale
🤝 1 Team With Unlimited Users to Get the Whole Company On Board
🔌 Unlimited API Access for Custom Workflows
📦 Ready-to-Use Embedded Signing Widget for Most Languages: https://documen.so/embedding
🎨 Full White-Label Support for the Signing Flow and Emails
(💡 Reminder: Non-White-Labeled Embedding Is Still Available With Every Teams Plan)
Of course, all of this is freely included for Early Adopters 🫡 and self-hosters 🏰.
We also added a new metric to our revamped open page, tracking viral signups from signers: https://documen.so/open 👀
If you want to try out the widget, you can use our staging environment or demo document. Check my latest blog post for the details: https://documen.so/platform-launch
TLDR; Sign up to staging at https://documen.so/staging and use a stripe test credit card.
Let us know what you think in the comments and share this with anyone looking to add signing features. It’s time no one built this ever again. 🙌 We are really hyped to build with you 👷
@timur_ercan1 Congrats on launching the Documenso Platform Plan! 🎉 I love how you’re making it easier to integrate signing flows without the headache of building them from scratch. I’m curious, do you plan to offer more integrations with other tools like CRM or document management systems in the future?
@tonyabracadabra Hey, thanks so much! We have "popular" CRM planned e.g. like salesforce for native integrations at some point. But it will be a while, since we are focusing on being a component ourselves currently. But you can already use our Zapier Integration to set up sth. and ofc. you can use the API to build sth. as well.
We are keeping this usecase in mind.
@timur_ercan1 congrats! Like the strategy of open sourcing products like Docusign.
We use Hellosign as they have three free signatures a month. Your approach is quite interesting.
Who is the target persona that likes to self-host? What are the patterns you’re seeing in that?
Is there any software that enables Documenso to be one-click deploy to a cloud platform and continue to re-deploy the changes as the open source project gets updates?
How hard is it to maintain once you self-deploy?
@yigit We offer 5 free per month in our free plan btw: documen.so/free
As for hosting: If you are technically inclined hosting a instance for yourself or your org can work well. We have a few 1 click deploys here: https://docs.documenso.com/devel... (render, railway and koyeb)
@yigit getting a signing certificate can be tricky. depending on your case a self-created one migh be enough, but it won't get you the green checkmark in adobe PDF
Proud to be an early adopter, Documenso is an awesome signing platform, get ready to unsubscribe Docusign & Co, the future of signing is here! Congrats Documenso team, you rock guys!
Embedding signing flows into other apps is a killer feature for Documenso, I've been looking forward to this!
SaaS companies selling to enterprises can now embed contract signing into the user experience to speed up the process and improve conversion.
Marketplace platforms that need buyers and sellers to sign docs can now use a more developer friendly, more flexible and more affordable solution for their signing experience.
What are some other use cases you're exploring with your customers? Congrats team!
@irf Hey tanks and exactly! One big case is platform in platform: Offering sining feature for your customers platforms that in turn offer them to their users. But more fundamentally most platforms either struggle with a self-build signing flow, that can never keep up or overpaying for something they have little control over. Onboarding Paperwork like DPAs are another case for embedding.
