Howdy Fellow Hunters! :) Thank you @Kevin for hunting us. After spending 100+ hours listening to our users and their needs, we have revamped Disbug to be the only visual feedback tool you’ll ever need! πŸ“– **Story** I hate bugs, and so do you. Disbug was born out of the pain, be it myself or other team members. Being a part of numerous software products, I had first hand experience of the drawbacks involved in the testing and reporting cycle. Disbug seeks to sort out these pitfalls and make the bug reporting process as simple as possible. 😀 Problem Reporting & fixing bugs suck big time. To report a bug, QA needs to switch between multiple tools to report a bug. It only gets worse if the reporter is non-technical. They have to - record screen - capture screen shot - annotate screenshot using paint/photoshop - open issue tracker like jira/trello - search the attachments in desktop - upload them - write description of the bug, steps to reproduce - submit the bug Even after getting the bug report, developers will not be able to reproduce due to lack of necessary details. So they have to call or chat with the QA team to understand how to reproduce, see console logs in their screen etc. πŸ›  Solution Here are some of the things Disbug and it’s widget can do for you. With a click of a single button, you will be able to βœ… Capture screenshots & annotate them βœ… Record screen and narrate with video and audio βœ… Captures console log, network logs, user activities, local storage βœ… Post them to your pre-configured tools like jira/trello automatically βœ… Edit live-websites and add UI comments directly from the website βœ… In a single click, users can give feedback with annotated screenshots and session replay! πŸ’– Thanks I think every person who was a part of the development team would find the value in Disbug πŸ’° I would love to know what you think of this and would be more than happy to hear your suggestions and feature requests. Let me know what you want to be added or removed or do I need to build something entirely! πŸ”₯ PH LAUNCH SPECIAL OFFER: 30% off on recurring subscription cost πŸ”₯ Visit the link and get exclusive deal on our innovative tool! It seems to be very similar to birdeatsbug.com, what is the difference between this product?
Aswin Kumar
@ji_lao Yes, basic features are similar to birdeatsbug.com, but when you look deeper, we have many features like UI Review (where you can edit live website like you edit figma designs), multiple workspaces and projects, Triage incoming bug reports from guest users(accept/decline issues). All these are important part of agile workflows that our customers are using it day in and day out.

Wow! Just watched the video. Congratulations on the launch πŸ‘ Problem: The conventional methods for reporting bugs are inconvenient for both the internal teams and end-users. Solution: A chrome extension backed up by a user-friendly SaaS takes care of visually recording the bug, annotating, and submitting it to the developers. UX: 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 UI: 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 πŸ€— Human sustainability: This app will preserve and improve the quality of developers' life. πŸ’°Pricing: Awesome structure. $33/mo looks suitable for a small dev team. Glad to see that the bigger plans are also available. πŸ‘Upvoted βœ”οΈFollowing @aswin_kumar , @akil_natchimuthu and @aravindhansundram13 Follow me for more reviews ❀️❀️❀️
