I use it every day :) Heyday is great, too. But that's more of a passive auto-aggregation of things. Day one is my place where I take a few minutes each day and do a brain dump of the good, the bad, and what I'd change.

One of the most elegant and simple writing tools I have come across (and I've tried everything). Makes writing daily a dream.
