Interesting product... I will try it out. Feels similar to Storehouse and a few others, but I think the "Live Blog" or Asynchronous approach here is very interesting. Reminds me of a deadpool @kpcb company ERLY (http://www.businessinsider.com.a...)
@lekanb@kpcb Thanx! Yes, we are very focused on live, instant storytelling - saving your time (utilizing time that you spend on the event) vs asking for more of your time when creating stories afterwards. Cannot open that link, though. Could you paste it again pls?
Great concept and I can see how it would be very beneficial for the user, I've ran into this before as well on my side. Neil Patel has always said though that blog posts, if you are trying to get huge traffic, need to be 2500 words and provide a huge amount of usable data and insights (his proof is in the pudding). So is this app meant to be just for the casual user or for a business oriented person?
@automateiq We are aiming at busy people who value fast and good content. They are in content creation, my take is that first users will be in the content-business (that is what subscriber base is saying) and all the content makers who value time-saving while creating content. We will see what the user base will show. Also, this will not replace blog writing, it is a helper to get more content done in a well designed matter than you could before, embed it on your blog (perhaps) and write a good headline and a few paragraphs (is we are to follow Patel's suggestion) - on the other hand I have noticed that I am starting to enjoy shorter and faster blog posts like Yann Girard or Heretic does and blogs with various media content in it like Gaby Bernstein or Mary Forleo. What we did with DataMaid is allow you to import and embed multi-media content at the speed of Twitter to your blog or site. Like a marriage of classic blog writing and live multi-media stories. It should help you convey the experience, fast and pretty and also liven up your own content. Thanx for the comment and question, you got me thinking in new directions :) and also you got me writing longer than I expected.
Too busy to write a blog?
Have tons of photos in your phone... or interesting notes and stories you never gotten around sharing with friends, family or fans?
Why not try live storytelling?
Datamaid lets you tell stories instantly, from the experience.
Capture in photos, notes, audio and video and DataMaid will instantly create a designed, responsive story from your content. It saves you at least 2h of your precious time.
It is like creating full stories (not just bits of info) at the speed of Twitter!
You can share it on social media or embed it on your blog.
Friends and followers can follow your live updates or checkout the story immediately after you have experienced it.

This is awesome! Can't wait to try it on my next camping trip!
Is this the final version, or you are planing more features in the future?
P.S. I love these avatars. :)
@nenaddmc looking forward to your camping story. We are planning a few interesting things in the near future. Also, feel free to share your ideas about what would you like to have in the app. Avatars are our lovez, too :)
@taylorzorman Thanx Taylor. The name has to do with meta data that we had plans to use in the design. But maybe in the future. What do you think, shall we change the name?
@ketvit Naming is a very difficult process and there are a lot of variables to be considered. I think currently your name is misleading, I assumed you were helping me solve a data-centered problem / cleaned up my existing data. In the end, I think the name hurts you on first impression. Now, if you have a large strong community of users I would interview a few and see their sentiments towards a name change. You could be missing out on new users because at first glance they think you are something you're not. All this being said, never do something just because a stranger on the internet suggested it. :)
