@thomasai Small Talk is a comment that you can add to different answers to be shown before the next question. It gives the impression of a conversation and understanding the users responses. Combining Small Talk with Conditional Logic (the user is sent to a different set of questions depending on their responses) can make a pretty interactive survey that you users will actually enjoy answering.
