CrewPAX is for hiring film & TV, the current system uses either the unions call centre or a FB groups where typically the first person to comment will get the work.
Film is unique is there are a lot of day calls, and flucuating of crew needs per day.

I created CrewPAX with a fellow colleague who I work with in Film & TV where we already had a facebook private group with 10k users who are actively searching for film & tv jobs & day calls for below the line crew (below the line means not directors, actors and producers for example). CrewPAX was the best solution to the current problem and our goal is to simplify hiring and allow people to trust in the app for full time work and for those who hire to find the right person.
