Hi! I built this tracker a few weeks ago because wanted to be able to adjust which countries to aggregate in regression analyses because some were more reliable in their reporting than others. The tool has since progressed to also show a map of worldwide absolute infection counts, as well as recoveries and deaths that can be made relative to either each other or the total infections.
