@wen_shaw How about the security issues? As you must know that messaging is quite confidential information, especially it is mainly for clients and customers. Would love to know more about the related security policies ;)

Data security is treated as top priority at Cooby. Our data encryption flow complies with IND-CCA2 which has the highest Ciphertext indistinguishability. Besides, all connections to Cooby are encrypted using SSL and attempts to connect over HTTP is redirected to HTTPS. Finally, you can request to delete your data at any time by emailing support@cooby.co. We’ll promptly process your request. Please do let us know if you have further questions!

I've used Cooby CRM for 4+ months now and the experience is fantastics. Cooby has a minimalist interface as well as complex functionality. I used it to organized all professional contacts into one place, would recommend! kudos to the team 🔥

Hello, Product Hunt! We built Cooby, a personal sales CRM because we realized there is a lack of tools for sales professionals.
Why this? 🙋♂️
Sales is all about relationship building, but it's hard to track all the relationships and keep in touch with clients. I learned about relationship-building when I worked on selling drip coffee bags (with hanging ears, those are awesome!) to local coffee shops in San Francisco. I had 50 leads and I needed to check in with them regularly to see if their exclusive coffee supply contracts have ended, so I can sell them my drip coffee bags. It was very hard to keep track of all the touch points and stay in touch with all of them!
That’s why we built Cooby. It helps you to build a sales engine quickly and stay on top of your relationships.
What does it do? 🛠
First, segment your customers into groups and set recurring reminders for them. You can create as many segmentations as you like.
Use messaging to add a personal touch. Use Cooby to send personalized messages on WhatsApp in bulk.
Never let your leads go cold! Cooby gives you daily suggestions on contacts that you should reconnect with.

Hey guys! Congrats on the launch! As a proficient CRM user, I've tried a lot of them, and this one definitely stands out. Do you plan to add other messengers btw?
@alex_briukhovetskyi yes we do! FB Messenger, Telegram, IG, etc are on our list. Is there anything specific you are interested in?
@wen_shaw For my company Telegram would be great, as we have 5k+ contacts there. Also some EU markets Viber has a significant presence and I believe they are integration-friendly :)
