The first example template on your landing page reads: “Hello {first_name}, I’m too a {my_job_title}.” That’s ungrammatical and sounds really weird. You can’t say “I’m too a developer”. You can either say “I’m a developer too” or “I too am a developer” (note that the latter sounds strangely formal though).
@anna_0x thank you for your feedback.
We will improve the grammar there shortly.
Let me know if you find anything else.
By the way, what goals are you trying to achieve with your outreach?
@alextkachenko Cool! I’m not doing any outreach, at least not at the moment. I just like checking out products on PH, even if they’re not relevant to me, and providing feedback 🤷
Linkedin outreach can be a pain to get right, and I've been there/done that when it comes to spending hours testing what works/doesn't work with messaging. The team at Closely (a product I've recently starting using to automate outreach effort) have put together this awesome library of free to use templates that work, sorted by various conversions goals.
The Closely guys should be in the chat today to answer questions, maybe you could tell us a bit more what you've been working on?
I know how time consuming can it be to create a good sequence, as we do a lot of outreach ourselves.
So we decided to create such a library to kick start any creativity and save time launching new and new campaigns.
Here is what I do now:
- Open templates
- Choose my goal
- Copy messages
- Edit them to my current need
- Start sending them
Much faster and easier than creating a sequence from scratch.
We are working on making this library bigger and cleaner.
What do you think of it?
Hey I think closely template outreach is really good, specially if you don’t know what to say before connecting or after connection with someone on LinkedIn.
@alextkachenko
@firat_demirel thanks.
Yeah, me too was thinking to take these templates, change them a bit and use for email outreach as well.
Guess they should work pretty fine there as well.
While I am still checking out the templates, I am sure I will use at least some of them for my client outreach in the near future.
Knowing how difficult it can be to get LinkedIn outreach right, I understand these are incredibly helpful for those new to LinkedIn outreach.
Thanks to Closely for providing these resources for free.
@alextkachenko
I wrote some myself but they didn't perform as well as I had hoped. So for quite a while now I have been sending connection requests with blank messages, planning to build a relationship with them later on by engaging on their LinkedIn posts.
Will give these templates a shot soon and see how it goes!
@saidur_rahman8 great plan!
I'm sure you can get value from using the whole templates, not just the connection requests section.
Scroll down a product page a bit and you will see that there is much more to connection messages.
Closely Templates has simplified our LinkedIn outreach tremendously. It's no exaggeration to say it has cut hours of our time and given us access to a much larger pool of contacts that we would have been able to reach before. I cannot recommend it enough!
@taylourmackay yeah, sounds exciting. I'd love to hear more on your experience with these templates, so share your feedback as soon as you get the results.
Since I have been using Closely for more than a month, I can say that it is one of the best and safest tools on the web. This company's founder is the kindest person who always goes out of his way to help. Updates are released weekly, the team is always accessible, and problems are solved faster than other tools.
A must-have tool for marketers, salespeople, and business developers.
Nice to see Closely here. Well thought out and well built platform. The team behind it are switched on and willing to help and listen to customers. Hope to see these guys succeed for years to come.
The campaigns I've run with Closely resulted in deals that 2000x my original investment in the software. Of all the options I tested, it was the most straightforward and quickest to get up and running. I highly recommend it.
Closely Outreach Template is proven. I am saying this because currently, I am a user of Closely.
Daily, I am using their service ( Automation ), and I use a closely outreach template to send message to connect with my Targeted audience. Trust me, 8 out of 10 people has accepted my connection request and replied to my messages. I always follow their template sequence.
Closely automation is the safest way to automate my LinkedIn. I saw their roadmap. They have some cool feature which is under development.
** I have some suggestions for a closely team
- Add some templates ( Birthday Wish / Job promotion/life events )
Made my LinkedIn Outreach so much easier and simpler. I grew from 200 connections to over 579 connections in a matter of a month using Closely. Such a pleasure to use and these Outreach Templates just made my life so much easier. I can definitely build off of these.
I'm a pretty good writer but I always draw a blank when trying to say something that is "right" for LinkedIn. Really glad you have come out with a really good cheat sheet for this. And really love your software too.
The templates give me a better understanding of how LinkedIn outreach works, as I am relatively new to this.
I am going to implement them in my Closely campaigns for even better results!
I have tried 3 other similar tools. This tool looks more promising with the features needed to connect, chats, tag people and send new messages. The template sequence are helpful for inspiration on how automate the followups. Recommended!
@alextkachenko I sell different SW tools on LinkedIn. One competitor product converts really good. I don't know why exactly. A small step in right direction to become an Internet Marketer.
