The title might draw attention to the book, but I'll pass. I wouldn't call my customers 'f*cking'. Perhaps a better title could be "F*cking talk to your customers", to emphasise the action, not the subject.

@thiagoafram Quit being so fucking sensitive. I don't like how you refer to designers as deer. :/
Thiago de Carvalho
@abasa As you can see below, I'm not the only one who thinks that. Please respect everyone's opinion. If you want to call your customers like that, do it. I love what @steli is doing with close.io, always get his emails, but I'd rather respect my customers.

@thiagoafram Yeah I get where you're coming from Thiago :) I went back and forth about this but decided to just go for it even if it rubs people the wrong way. I like your variation of the title a lot though :) Next time!

@steli I appreciate your reply. I'm going through a moment where I'm all about the message, that's why I gave my feedback. Good luck!

You guys are all waaaaaaay too sensitive. You're looking at the words rather then the intent.

First time I missed the downvote option on PH... Title really matters.
Pablo Fernández
Shouldn't it be "Fucking talk to your customers"? But yeah, 100% on board with the sentiment.

@pupeno More like "Just fucking talk - communication matters" :D

@pupeno Jep, didn't come up with that variation but definitely like it :)

hateful speech is everywhere, I don't want it on PH as well :/
Catalin Zorzini
weird that PH is not flagging swearwords @rrhoover
Randall Bennett
@zorzini I don't think i'd describe it as hateful, it's abrasive, but not hateful.
Alvin Milton
Good lookin out on the book.

Totally agree with the other comments re the profanity towards a customer. The profanity should be towards a verb, not the noun 🙃
Dionis Kole
Maybe you should talk more to your damn customers and stop being so freaking sensitive.

Using swear words to attract buyer attention just doesn't work in the same way it used to. I just feel like I'm being yelled at to learn/do a thing and I'd rather not. This is why we desperately need more communications people in SaaS/tech/B2B

I wonder if the author can actually go out on a B2B pitch and say this out loud.
