Collaborate on Chips to curate the internet's finest, from trendy cafes to cutting-edge tech. Join forces with others to craft collections that inspire and inform. Explore and share the best of the web together!
There's an insane clutter of information on all social media platforms, due to which meaningful content is lost even though we're trying to save them as screenshots, DMs, even natively bookmarking them, yet all of them are inaccessible when that information is required. Not only the content is out of reach, but also it renders the creators' content shelf-life to a bare minimum. To solve for this, we're building Chips, a social search engine to find information from across all socials in one place. Users can create curations for and by their network from the content they find interesting on the internet. This in-turn enables them to consume meaningful content instead of the algorithmic noise.
With Chips, Curate Your Internet!
Hi Meenakshi, the concept of Chips sounds like a game-changer for content discovery and curation. Tackling the clutter and enhancing content longevity is definitely a need of the hour. Can users also contribute to existing curations, or is it more personal collections? Excited to see how Chips evolves!
Hey @alex_dulub yes, currently there are only public curations which means, anyone who wants to add Chips to the curations, they can. But there will be both private and invite only options as well, super soon :)
Just visited the site and love its sleek UI!
The idea seems interesting and I feel it just needs more curations which shouldn't be a problem for now as it's still a new platform. Anyway, congrats on your lunch, and all the best! :)
Chips! I really liked the idea. Most of the time, I just bookmark or take screenshots of interesting posts. the website looks clean. It seems the demo video is broken.
