Interesting idea! I just configured the Change Management in Jira for my IT department, while your tool will be a great complement for my non-IT Change Managements!

Hi all. This is a change management framework/toolkit with tools (all in one) that you can use as and when you manage changes in a workplace. Sometimes you may be leading on establishing and managing work changes or sometimes you may be asked to assist with some elements of it. This pack has all relevant tools that you will need in your role as a change agent/lead. I have delivered and led on many organisational changes. I do love organisation design methodologies (will publish more tools around org design in due course). This is a simple change framework that I have created with simple and easy to understand tools.
