CertifiedRecs — Redefining References for the 21st Century

Hi Everyone! Thanks for taking the time to check out CertifiedRecs! You can sign up at www.certifiedrecs.com! It would be awesome if you can ask your managers/mentors to give you references with CR :) After applying to hundreds of jobs over the past few years, I was tired of going through the awkward and long process of getting a reference from a manager who I hadn't spoken to for awhile. I honestly started building CertifiedRecs to make my life easier. The idea is to get your reference from your manager when they actually remember what you worked on, then reuse that reference while recruiting without the annoying parts of asking for references (time, awkwardness). You can send a link to these references in cold emails or add them as extra info on an online app/LinkedIn/Handshake. We think CertifiedRecs is a cool way to differentiate yourself and speed up the recruiting process! Let me know what you think!
