Hi Hunters!
I'm JB, creator of eStory 👋
I love stories! It could be either movies, books, blogs, tv-shows or face to face storytelling. There's plenty of amazing ways to tell stories, and one of those is using timelines.
Most of the timelines you find in history books look too crowded and are usually hard to read for the students.
This is why I started to work on this side project: eStory - a platform where people can visualise the key events of stories on a dynamic timeline.
Hopefully this will help teachers, student or any storyteller to create & learn new things!
● Design-friendly & dynamic timelines
● Easy to use timeline editor
● Explore among +1,000 existing historical timelines
● Suggestion on the most popular timelines
● Free, forever
I believe there's a lot to improve and more ways to tell stories using eStory: adding dynamic charts, audio recordings or even immersive VR historical environments...?
So if you have any feedback or comment you want to share, please go ahead. It is highly appreciated ⭐
Congrats on this great product. I'm a visual learner and this is a perfect way to make blog posts and other story based content much more visual. Love it!
Wow, what an awesome product! As someone who is neurodivergent, I struggle to read through plain text. I definitely would've really benefitted from this when I was in school!
I love that you can easily insert any timeline on a website - this will enhance content and visualization of so many platforms (company/brand history, blogs, etc.)
Just found this app. The idea is great, the concept of timeline to visualize major part of our history is satisfying. The app has a beautiful design and is very reactive. The content might be the next challenge for the app but regarding what's already done, I'm sure they will quickly grow and improve it !
The product is great, easy to use with a nice UX and UI. The content shared through timeline visualisation is very interesting ! It enables everyone to create his own timeline and to share it on social platforms or on his own platform through an iframe. Well done guys
@myriam_k_ Nice! Is there any other topic you would like to see there? Could you try creating a timeline on a topic you like and let me know how that goes?
