Build Your CV - Free and Simple CV builder

This is the first MVP of buildyourcv.co.uk, and I'm looking for feedback on how to improve and what features to add in the nearest future. Things I'm definitely planning to add: - More design templates - More control of the font, colours...etc. - Online CV (unique link to a html page with the submitted information)

Hey Guys, I’ve been working on the previously mentioned project buildyourcv.co.uk. And I think I finally figured out the right direction for it. The issues I’ve been tackling with are: 1. Helping people find a job by providing additional features. 2. Monetisation (In order to sustain the product’s development). Future and Additional Features The basic functionality that will remain free for anybody to use is generation of CV with basic HTML template. This I believe should be available to anyone regardless of their economic situation. In addition to that, I will ship the following premium features at launch: 1. 10+ Templates to choose from 2. Online CV - Personal link that will be generated alongside the PDF file. This will look something like buildyourcv.co.uk/your_name. The online version will include social links, ways to contact the person directly as well as receive anonymous feedback on the CV itself. 3. CV History - Users will be able to register, if they wish. This will enable them to save their old CVs and edit after couple of months. 4. Feedback notifications - anonymous feedback will be sent directly to the person’s email address. 5. CV Writing Guides - Tips and tricks for writing CV bio…etc. Simply content that will definitely come in handy. 6. Option to receive Job Offers from our partners by sharing users’ contact information with them. 7. Much more…Depending on customers’ suggestions. Monetisation After a little bit of research, I believe I came up with the right licensing model for this type of service. You will be able to purchase license for a week, month, six months and a year. This will not be a subscription, it is going to be a one time payment for the period, which they can renew if needed. No need to cancel anything. Important bit: The basic version of buildyourcv.co.uk will remain FREE as previously mentioned.
