What sets this apart from the others out there? With the introduction of The Slack Platform - apps could easily be integrated into Slack that fulfill this exact use-case. Would love to know what the big differentiator is here that sets it above the rest?

Interesting idea. Of course by now it's got to the stage where you wonder if it actually makes it any more convenient, if the deals are really any good and if one needs to burden oneself with another virtual assistant. The race is on.
