Just pushed a big update to Blur It.

I’ve added a draggable toolbar so you can move it anywhere on your screen for easier access. You can now also delete area blurs by simply right-clicking on them and using the new context menu.

I squashed a few bugs that were causing issues for some users and lowered the price from $9.99 to $2.99 to make it more accessible.

Excited to see what you think of the new changes!

@clint1 You might want to update the pricing on the site.

@souravghosh What would you suggest?

Nika

Is there any option to backspace one of the blurred elements? E.g. when I blur something by accident and want to unblur one thing?

Clint

@busmark_w_nika You can click what you blurred to toggle it off. You can also delete the area blurs by right-clicking on them and using the context menu

@clint1 Thank you!

@clint1 isn't it better to indicate it in the interface? so that users won't starts overthinking on what to do next if they wanna unblur

I often take screenshots and come across situations where I need to hide/crop, etc. I'll definitely try your solution. Good luck to you🍀

I've used some app to blur info of my photo or screenshot. Does this work during live screen shares like Google Meet?

Yael Shatzky

Wow, that's a real solution to a real problem. Can't wait to try it out!

Ngl, being able to just blur out forms and texts on any webpage is a total lifesaver—no more sloppy screenshots or stressing about sharing private stuff. Super smart idea, fr!

Congratulations on launch!

Love the draggable toolbar idea—so much easier to use on the fly. $2.99 is a steal for finally keeping my screen share chaos-free!

Nice idea! I've been looking for something exactly like this. I work remotely and constantly have to stop screen sharing whenever I need to open something sensitive, then start sharing again when I switch back to collaborate with my team or clients. Being able to blur sensitive info on the same screen would save me so much time and avoid those awkward pauses. This is super useful!
