Hey PH, My name is Gerrard, and I'm building Bizway for a few reasons: 1) Quality responses from LLMs are 90% about context. These models are incredibly smart, and obviously getting smarter--but if you don't take the time to give them all the relevant background context, they're going to give you generic responses. I got pretty tired of repeating my business background to ChatGPT, so I thought there's probably a simpler way to break up key information about my business into documents, then share those assets with LLMs, selectively task-by-task, just by choosing from a dropdown menu. 2) It isn't just the context I found myself repeating. After going back and forth with ChatGPT for a while, I'd finally settle on a prompt that actually works the way I want it to (for a given task) and produces the document, report, analysis, code, etc. in one-shot. I wanted an easier way to be able to save and manipulate these instructions. Better yet, I wanted to be able to break down these instructions into steps, save each individual module, and string them together into various sequences based on the task at hand. 3) Data. I really didn't want to be uploading my analytics, Stripe metrics and subscriber counts every day and asking for a breakdown or update. So I knew I'd need to build my own integration for this. This one was really a key part that was missing from the business background, since it grounds the analysis in real, up-to-date data about my business, whether I'm on track, and which metrics are lagging/holding back growth. So, I built Bizway to solve those problems. Firstly, for my own businesses. And then my hope is that others will have bumped into similar problems, and also feel the need for a no-code workflow builder that's focused specifically on instructing AI to do tasks for their business(es). After taking on this direction, I can see just how much room there is for future development, just by sticking with AI-focused workflows. Building out more data connectors. Adding and improving the instruction modules. Making suggestions for workflows, proactively, based on recent activity and saved business background docs. If you do give Bizway a try, I'd love to hear your feedback on: a) What use cases immediately come to mind for you when you think about AI workflows in your business? (If none come to mind, please share that also!) b) What data/context/knowledge would you like to include that Bizway doesn't currently support? c) What's been your biggest barrier to adopting AI tools in your business. Not just trying them out, but actually using them daily (churn is a big issue in this industry, after all). Thanks so much for checking it out, I'm really excited to share this update with you all. Cheers, Gerrard
