So great to hear, @evgen_romanov1! It was rather scary when we first launched, cause we weren't sure that anybody would actually need such a tool :)
@daniel_makarov Tat is cool! One more idea for next improvements - please add ability to record keystrokes on the keyboard,
there were several cases when this was not enough to reproduce the user's case

We first launched Bird Eats Bug here on Product Hunt 7 months ago and were surprised by how many people tried our tool and stayed with it since then. THANK YOU! 🙏🙏🙏
When the lockdown started, a lot of our users asked us to add camera and microphone recording to make it easier to report and explain bugs remotely.
Voice and cam recording are now live!
We really hope it will simplify communication and help teams avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. The less time you spend on bugs, the more time you have to build great features :)

Bird Eats Bug has become an absolutely indispensable tool. Not only does it allow me to easily record bugs and share data with our developers, but I now use it to record all kind of testing for documentation purposes. This product is beautifully designed, super high quality, can't recommend highly enough! Thank you!! Will be really excited to see where you take this next.
Looks very interesting! I'll give it a go to help with QA reporting. This will be a big step forward to cutting down those lengthy "steps taken" reports.
@jakeym That's actually one of the areas we want to improve soon, e.g. recording clicks on elements, hovers, etc.
