Marketing guy here, I would definitely give it a try, although you don't provide any "free" trial version. The pitch deck template is IMHO a weak material (it's done very nicely, but it doesn't give me personally any value) to promote templates, and I'm not going to dip $100 blindly. Consider a free plan, which will give away 1-5 templates - if I find it useful, I'd reconsider them all.
