I was lucky enough to get in touch with Shawn before the launch. I tested most features and I have to say Autoklose is an awesome email marketing tool. The tool helps you reach prospects through cold emails easily. The deliverability and opening rates are so high because you can connect Autoklose with your Gmail account.
This is not it: Autoklose gives many email templates to choose from, it's so easy to set up triggers, which also makes the tool useful to set up drip email campaigns. Thanks!

@seva_shchepanskyi Thanks for commenting. On the outreach side our biggest competitors would be reply.io/mailshake. However, we also allow clients to have access to our entire database as a seperate add on feature inside the platform. Therefore, clients can upload their own csv or if they don't have data they can use our database. Our vision is to turn this more into an SMB product but we lack the enterprise features currently. But they are coming.

@seva_shchepanskyi Well yes. You can to target by industy, title, sic code, state, revenue, employees etc. Therefore, you get to search the datbatabase for exactly what you want. Our database is currently on USA.
I set it and forget it, wake up to more leads and sales!

I was amongst beta-testers and really liked Autoklose. Besides standard outreach we spoke with Shawn (founder of Autoklose) about some cool features to add that any other outreach tool doesn't have.
The coolest part is that you can connect Exchangeleads and get access to the B2B database from the US and Canada.
So in a few click you can easily create ABM campaigns.

The tool has a lot of needed features like e-mail sequence, predefined templates, team management platform, lead & contact management system and analyzer dashboard...

Used Autoklose while in pre-beta and had a chance to connect with @shawnfinder and guys while the tool was developing. The idea behind the tool is really cool and Shawn has a clear vision what he wants to do with it.
It is crafted and designed like a enterprise tool with all the features you need for your outreach efforts.
The special benefit of Autoklose is that Shawn is Finder and CEO of another startup - ExchangeLeads with B2B e-mail base with more than 7 million e-mails that are verified and daily updated by the data team which is really great if you are in B2B industry.
Pros:Great concept of all-in-one outbound/sales platform with combined features like e-mail sequences, lead management, team management and data.
Cons:Small number of integrations now, but having in mind that the tool is fresh this is not a con.
Currently using Autoklose for my sole purposes since I am a one-man-team, but it is working really well. Hope I will see more integrations but since it is a young tool that is not the con.

I’ve been in sales all my life, selling everything from boxes to enterprise software to Fortune 500 companies. You could say I know a thing or two about sales. Yes, the competition is fierce out there. Took me a while to get this far. Obviously, there are products with similar features. From my experience in the field, I do believe my vision is much clearer than that of the competition. I want to help each and every user realize how they rank against competition and what they should do to improve their performance.
My team is working hard building in machine learning in the background and this sophisticated technology will literally tell you whether your subject line is too long or too short, whether you have enough follow-ups, and how your copy ranks against the others in your vertical. This is not an easy thing to do, which is why our algorithm will be invaluable to anyone wondering “Am I doing it right?”.

Is it a one-time payment for the additional list feature? And how often is the list updated? @ShawnFinder
@natasa_djalovic The list is updated every month. But we also have 40 people on our data team that are always working on providing new lean data to our clients. It is an annual payment for the data feature to the platform. Thanks for all your support.

I tested Autoklose against other similar tools like Mailshake, Ninja Outreach… It really gives you a wide list of possibilities with that analytics and role management. The perfect tool for almost every size teams. Recommended.
@mojecipele as mentioned already data and unlimited number of follow-ups, emails, contacts and an amazing profiling in the database are what sets us apart. Also, we do have a gorgeous UI and very simple UX flow.
Saw the Autoklose while it was in early phase since the company I work in is also Shawn's project. The best thing about Autoklose is that we provide all the users access to a database with more than 7 million B2B leads that are regularly updated.

@ivan_eagle Thanks Ivan- We are still working on integrating with many more stuff and also Zapier. Currently, we are integrated with Salesforce but understand many users need a choice of integrations..... Stay Tuned.

@svetozar0708 We will be looking at integrating calendar features like calendly etc. Also, we want to have integrations with more CRM's and Marketing Automations. It looks like from a lot of the clients today this is something we need to prioritize. :)
This tool ROCKS! I was the hardcore Mailshake user before this but, with Autoklose I have a lot more possibilities with that CRM and all in one approach. I am using it for 1 month now and I am more than happy with it! Hey @nikola_cvetanovic check this out.

@nikolapiki We have an internal built in database that we allow our users to use to reach out to new prospects. Therefore, if you do not have a list of people to reach out to you can pick form our millions of contacts in the USA. Hope this helps and thanks for the support.

This product will not only save you a lot of time, but also create a system for you that will basically print money on demand! Great tool to use for any business who wants to automate their sales process without sacrificing results!
