Best way to manage your OKRs in Jira. Align your daily work to the company strategy with OKRs. Focus on what really matters by tracking your OKRs in Jira.
Oh I love that. We tried to recreate some of this using standard Jira functionalities and it was a disaster. One problem we had was to automate some of the KR. For example if O need to have CR of 35% and I can hit an API point to verify that, how to update the KR's RAG without actually going into Jira and manually changing it. Did you had such a challenge?
@bogomep Hi, thank you for your interest in our product! Indeed Jira APIs are troublesome to work with. As of now we decided not to automatically update an Automatic KR based on the progress, but is something we are going to look into.
Wow! Interesting one indeed! Have been using JIRA for a while and was looking for something this sort of! Goal tracking has been really lately. Kudos on the launch!
Nice idea - we've been using Jira for years, but third party software to run our OKR process. Interested to see if we can combine them... Thanks ?makers!
Hi all!
First of all, thanks @kevin for hunting us! And thanks to the team @bartlomiej_lewandowski, @filip_rogaczewski & John (who's not on PH yet) for all the work and thinking behind this version.
This is the second launch of the product - this time we’re coming back with a nicer UI, and a few new features!
What’s changed?
- you can update OKRs and add new OKR directly from the main dashboard
- you can assign OKR type (Company, Tem, Personal) to your OKRs
- you can add weights to the OKRs
- we have an awesome progress statistics dashboard and an OKR engagement dashboard is coming in shortly
- we're offering OKR consulting on top of the product + personalized onboarding for companies with over 200 users
What’s not changed?
- still super easy to use, without any unnecessary elements
- easy to set up and onboard your teams - looks & feels just like another part of Jira
- good for both OKR beginners and more advanced users
- great support team
We love creating products that help other companies be more successful. Creating this one is a constant conversation with the customers about their needs in terms of setting & tracking the OKRs, getting their teams engaged in the process, and rolling out the OKRs throughout the company.
We’ve learned a lot since the beginning of the journey and we’ll surely learn even more in the years to come, making it more and more tailored to what a good OKR tool should have and feel like.
I'm curious to hear your feedback!
