Uber Clone Script — Start your own Uber for X business

I wasn't sure how they can sell all this copy scripts and still be in business. Then i found this - http://appdupe.com/news/fuck-cea... - and i still don't understand how they can sell this stuff. Don't get me wrong, i'm not entirely against this, but it looks like a simple copyright infringement that could be solved easy by the main companies.
