AnonymSMS โ Temporary phone number for online verification
A free online service whereby you can receive SMS messages online, without the need of inputting your own mobile/cell number. These temporary numbers are all based on real SIM numbers - you will be able to view the information received by this number online.

Great, I think this is useful. However, the public inbox is still something to think about. Temporarily reserving a number might be a solution, just like those 10-minute-mail services. Congrats on the launch anyway!
Looking forward to try it out. My experience with these kind of sites so far was disappointing. It was impossible to find a fresh phone number that wasn't already used for a particular service.
Hey there. I think there is definitely a need for a product like this and room in the market to create something much better than what I've seen out there so far. I've seen similar services to this and they usually have one common inbox where multiple users can see the codes of everyone else. This means that each number is not unique to each person and they are instead shared, which can become problematic. Does your service offer dedicated numbers to individuals or are the numbers shared? Currently all numbers are public and everybody can use them.
We plan to add private numbers in the future, which will be assigned only to one person so you can use it however you want.
Once we add the new feature, will let you know definitely.
@jabinjure Thanks that's a great idea! I would definitely love to see private numbers and the ability to sign up for multiple private numbers. Perhaps this could be a paid service, since the ad-supported model you seem to be currently using is a bit interruptive to the user experience.

Private numbers will be paid service with no ads for sure.
I used mailinator for a public SMS inbox but AnonymSMS is so much better. The ability to test with different country codes is perfect for my needs.

Awesome! I've looked for products like this before, and have found hundreds that don't work - the main issue I've found with products like Google Voice and the "temporary phone number" online solutions that I only need to use once for some kind of verification code is that the phone validity checkers always seem to know what numbers are real and which ones are burners.
Sounds like what you're doing here, using real SIMs, solves that problem. Can't wait to try it! Are you worried about the phone validity checkers will catch up to what you're doing and create a block for it?
