@ravivyas84 Thanks for asking. KooKoo started out as a cloud telephony platform but now it is more of a cloud communication platform. The request response model of developing IVRs has been very successful,so we are bring that same model to develop chat bots. And since this is built on the same KooKoo stack,you can have a chatbot and when the chatbot is not able to solve the problem, use the KooKoo API to connect the customer to a human agent over the phone to give a true multi channel experience. After all, solving customer problems easily is the main goal. We have pilot customers,both for just bots as well as bots backed up by human agents using our Cloudagent cloud contact center solution. Companies like Fitternity, W for women and Voonik are ready for pilots. But the FB review process is long drawn and hence we do not have naything public right now. Should have something public by the end of the week though.
