Is that why you don't snap so much, @hunterwalk!? 😀 I have this episode queued up in my podcast playlist for later, so there's a small chance this may have come up... Before becoming an investor, you were at YouTube. Should YouTube have built Snapchat, Hunter? While the platform is massive and successful, it seems like they missed a big opportunity to become the app for mobile-first content-creation.

@rrhoover @hunterwalk looking back, of course YouTube should have created the app for mobile first video creation. However, it is an example of the Innovators Dilemma. YouTube had to be laser focused on serving their current customers needs, and so missed the need of customers to create super short videos on mobile.
