🔄 The Post-Trial Drop: How do you handle the downgrade gracefully? ✨
... When your free trial ends, which companies have handled the transition gracefully? We've all been there - trial expires, not quite ready to pay yet. Some companies make you feel punished, others make it feel natural. Some great examples: Notion preserving your work while limiting features Canva letting you keep designs but limiting new creation Clear data export options before downgrade What makes me cringe: Immediate feature lockouts with zero warning Guilt-trip email sequences I'm curious: Which companies ... ... nailed your post-trial experience? What would make you more likely to upgrade later vs

I built a tool that turns Notion dashboards into backend schemas — would this save you time?
... been working on a small tool to solve something I kept running into: I plan most of my projects, dashboards, and MVPs in Notion but when it s time to build, I end up manually recreating the schema in Firebase, Supabase, or Prisma. Rewriting fields, guessing types, cleaning mock data It adds friction I wish I could avoid. So I built a tool that connects to your Notion

The real reason I stopped juggling 10 AI tools a day
... sometimes even playing IT support. AI was supposed to help. But instead of simplifying things, it gave us more tools, more decisions, and more context switching. Here s what a typical day looks like for me: Messaging overload : Slack, Notion, Gmail, Google Docs, and 20 tabs all named "final_v5_REAL" Research loops: GPT, Claude, Perplexity and still asking users "What do you actually need?" Content chaos : GPT for copy, Grammarly for tone, Ideogram for visuals. None of them work ... ... together Design stretch: Figma, Canva, Kling. "Just a quick mockup" turns into a 3-hour detour Async fatigue: Loom videos I don t have time to record, and no one has time to watch Automation maze: Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion

How does your team manage environment variables?
... been there. You onboard a new developer, and suddenly you re getting a ping: Hey, where can I find the latest .env file? Wait is this API key still valid? Why do we have secrets in a Notion doc?! Managing environment variables starts out simple but quickly becomes messy as teams grow, projects multiply, and more people get access. Some teams: Use .env files shared via Slack or email ( ) Store secrets in Notion

Vybescript — it's like GitHub, but for marketing content
... Just launched: Vybescript it's like GitHub, but for marketing content. I got tired of rewriting the same customer campaign over and over. Different tools, different tweaks, and no idea where the final version lived. Notion? Google Docs? An old Intercom draft I forgot about? Even with AI tools, staying consistent was still a mess. So I built Vybescript a central brain for your marketing content that actually works across channels. It s not just an AI writing assistant ... ... reuse past campaigns Keeps AI true to your voice and structure Creates emails, Intercom messages, and more no copy-paste Right now it works with Mailchimp + Intercom (more on the way). If your team has ever cobbled together Notion

How do you run operations when your company’s still figuring things out?
... full-time ops lead. No perfect processes. Just Notion docs, Google Sheets, Slack chaos and a growing to-do list. You re hiring. Selling. Delivering. Building. And somewhere in between trying to make it all work. So here s a real question for the early teams: What does your internal chaos look like right now? What small fixes actually helped? What s one thing that should be simple but never is? Drop your stories below. What s working? What ... ... still a mess? Anyone else trying Den to replace Slack + Notion? Curious how others are using it
... Since seeing Den's #1-of-the-week launch, I've been playing around with it. I'm not quite at the conviction yet to rip out Slack and Notion. That would take a lot, especially given how much history and data we have, as well as workflow practices around it. But I'm finding it really intriguing so far. Here are my initial thoughts: 1) The merging of Slack channels and Notion

I got tired of pretending to be productive. So I built an app that forces me to work.
... through the BS. I m a solo founder. I live inside Notion, Xcode, Apple Calendar, Twitter, and 37 different Apple Notes. I ve tried every productivity method under the sun: Pomodoro, GTD, Deep Work, Time-blocking, Eisenhower Matrix, Second Brain setups You name it. I tried it. And none of them worked for me. But here s the hard truth: It s not about the tools. It s about control. And most of us don t have it. Not when ... ... tools are abundant. Discipline systems are nonexistent. We don t need more dashboards. We need something that forces us to finish. What FORGE does: It starts simple: You set a mission write, build, ship, code You pick your app Notion
