Are you a planner or do you go with the flow?
... shift from planning the future to designing the present. I discovered that the only real control we have is the choice of where to direct our energy today. It's an existential choice. not just going with the flow, but consciously rowing toward your values, even when you can't see the shore. AI in your IDE (e.g. Cursor) vs AI in your terminal (Claude Code) — what’s the better flow?
... main flavors: IDE-based, like @Cursor and @GitHub Copilot, and terminal-based setups, like using @Claude Code to generate commands, scripts, or entire files. Both have their fans, but which one actually helps you move faster? Curious what flow people are sticking with long term, and where you see the most gains (or frustrations). Comment from Pedro Marchal(@pedro_marchal): Honestly, I'm team "why choose?" on this one. Been using both Claude Code and Cursor daily, and they each ... ... with the extra friction because the agent itself is a lot more helpful. Is that accurate? Comment from Rajiv Ayyangar(@rajiv_ayyangar): @richard_gu  Can you say more? Are there specific cases where it keeps you more in flow

Built from a thesis → now a real tool to turn data into readable insights, using a visual flow
... Datastripes started as my university thesis. I was always frustrated with dashboards, not because they re ugly, but because they force you to stare at numbers without meaning. So I built a tool that turns data analysis into a flow, made of visual nodes and natural language outputs. Just drop your node or file (Excel for example) and see what comes out! Users who churned this week mostly came from paid channels. Returning users were more active than new ones ... ... product teams, marketers, or really anyone who wants quick, plain-English insights from data without asking a data analyst every time. Built from a thesis now a real tool to turn raw data into readable insights, using a visual flow

What is a In-browser Data Engine, mastering WASM, and near-native workers - AMA about Datastripes
... called Datastripes , and it s my answer to: Why does working with data still feel like you need a degree in engineering? So, why in-browser ? Because if you want something alive, something you can actually see flowing, and something that s private and secure by design (everything runs locally), this is the way. But getting this to work client-side wasn t easy: Processing big data in memory without frying your laptop Building a modular compute graph with real ... ... usable for non-technical users, the hardest part Again, why? which industry do you think is the riskiest to start a business, and which is flourishing?
... disruption: things like skilled trades, elder care, and essential services. These areas may not be as glamorous, but they offer real, ongoing demand and are less likely to be replaced by software or automation anytime soon. On the flourishing side, defense tech and cybersecurity make a lot of sense given current global events and the increasing need for digital protection. I d also add that niche platforms, especially those fostering local, in-person connections, could see a resurgence as people ... ... will be soon! How do you test your product before launch?
... days I was working at a toy company and I was their "Marketing Manager" (essentially their everything guy). One of my responsibilities was to test the toys we produce. What I remember was endless testing of electronics, voices, and flows, for a physical product that once was confirmed and entered production, there was no turning back. One mistake or oversight, and the product was totally ruined. So creating my apps now reminds me exactly those days. I spend more time ... ... testing flows

Brainfish Raises $10M to Define the Future of Customer Support with Ambient AI
... Customer support as we know it is fundamentally reactive. Users get stuck because of an unclear product flow or out of date help docs, submit tickets, wait for responses, and hope someone understands the context of their problem. Meanwhile, support teams spend their days answering the same questions over and over, never getting ahead of the real problems. Product teams face an even more frustrating challenge: sometimes they're building in the dark. By the time feedback reaches them through ... ... They maintain help documentation that's constantly outdated because every product update requires manual content revisions across multiple systems. One Reddit comment delayed my MVP by 3 weeks and made it 10x better

Fieldy Hands On Review: Can this AI Wearable help my ADHD brain remember tasks and save my marriage?
