I used to chase efficiency but I now know that working on the right tasks being effective is what really matters.
Definitely the myth that working longer hours = greater productivity. It's really about working smarter not harder, and focusing your energy on the most impactful tasks. I find the 80/20 rule helps - figure out the 20% of tasks that drive 80% of results and prioritize those. Combine that with regular breaks to recharge and you'll get way more done in less time.
