I’m starting to use Time Boxing. I'll try to dedicate specific blocks of time for focused work on tasks. For example, I set aside 9 AM to 11 AM and and 2 PM to 4 PM for deep work, staying fully focused and avoiding multitasking or interruptions during that time.

@dimhold Time boxing can really help with maintaining focus. I am curious, do you use any tools or apps to help you stay on track during those blocks?

@nestolobo Unfortunately, no, because I haven't found anything that suits me. By the way, I was surprised to discover the Focus Sessions mode built into the Windows Clock app. If someone suggests a good tool, I’d be grateful as well.

I try to set a consistent bedtime and sleep earlier to gain more energy so that I can boost productivity on daytime.

@focusaur A consistent bedtime really does wonders for energy levels. Hope it helps you feel even more productive during the day!
