Looks kinda right. my experience (B2B) is that people ask for demos when they are interested and almost looking to buy. Till then, they say "gimme a login, let me look around" Having a guided tour at that stage could help. So, my actual vote would be for "Poke around unassisted, with guided tour / on boarding"
