    Remote worker isolation - what can organizations do about it?

    Business is also about human relationships, which are sometimes missing in the digital work environment. We need more solutions to maintain the flexibility to work remotely AND have a nice company culture side by side.     Congratulations on the launch! 🥳 We have a remote work culture and this seems like a fantastic idea to bring together colleagues with smart matchmaking. This way they can have some relaxing conversations during those coffee breaks instead of feeling alone and isolated from the rest :).

    Remote worker isolation is definitely a challenge. We focus on virtual hangouts and collaborative projects to keep the team connected.

    @andreas_sohns sounds good. How many people join the virtual hangouts and do you organize it by yourself?

    @marvin_maendle Typically we have around 10-15 people joining our virtual hangouts. I usually organize them myself but sometimes I get help from our team. It's a great way to keep everyone connected and engaged.
