This is the question that can reveal a lot about your passion and values.

Speaking about me, I would choose one of the best movie production companies, e.g. 20th Century Fox because they worked on one of my favourite animated series + I love cinematography. :)

Anywhere where you grow enough, that you would be able to get blindly rehired at the same company just based on aquired skills. 🔄

@sentry_co The right answer was: where you grow enough, that you can leave and create another someone's dream company. :D

Still Disney, I still believe in magic, Google or apple

@sietse_schelpe Disney was also my choice. But I am not sure whether I wanted to do "fairy tales" with happy ending for the whole time. I like also dramas, sci-fi or so.
Speech to Note
I'd work for a Sports team (football team preferrably) on any role in which I can contribute.
Be in Brand or Relations Management.
Sports is high on emotions and you see ups and downs every week in week out.

I think it would be a startup where everyone would be working super hard to achieve and grow it into something big

Didn't find my dream company yet, so started my own company, and I think I'll stay with that...
If had to choose, i'd go for a leading tech innovator like SpaceX or Google because I'm passionate about technology, innovation, and shaping the future.
My own company!! ))

For me, being part of a startup where we build and innovate products daily feels like living the dream. Coming from a niche leadership and technical hiring background, this opportunity allows me to use my experience to evaluate, learn, and grow alongside a talented team. Every day presents new challenges, and I love how it fuels both my professional development and my passion for tech innovation.
For me, the management is more important than the company. Working for someone with poor values or who you don't respect makes the job miserable. Working for someone ethical and admirable can make any job feel worthwhile.
