How many hours do you spend on work everyday vs taking time off?
Do you say eg 09-17 or is it more flexible?

I like to think of my work hours as a flexible dance routine - sometimes it's a quick cha-cha from 09-17, and other times it's more of a tango with sporadic breaks! Finding that perfect rhythm keeps things exciting. How about you? How do you juggle your work hours and playtime?
I actively work from 8am to 11pm, and I usually still research, respond to emails, posts, etc. until 1 am while I'm in bed.
Yeah I have work life balance, but I add work on my 'life' side to even it out.

I work about 10-12 a day and sometimes more. It's hard to balance the boundary between the time off and work so I go away from any 'monitor' things that anything look like a black square ;) Fortunately, there is a big lake in front of my house where I can walk the whole track within an hour. I thinks that's the only moment I really put my brain rest. You can come over and join a walk!
I work a lot, very unflexible hours. For me it's not about time per se, but just getting what I need done. how about you?
@casper_brix That's fair. I mean it depends on how well you split your day as well. Usually when I know it's going to be a biiiiiig day, I try to take a break in the middle, to eat/sport/shower/take a walk. Usually it helps me stay productive for the second half of the day
I typically spend more than 12 hours a day working on developing our product. My work hours are quite flexible rather than a strict schedule. Balancing everyday activities can be challenging, but I ensure to take breaks and time off as needed to maintain productivity and well-being.
I usually spend about 8-9 hours a day working, typically from 9 to 5, but my schedule can be pretty flexible depending on the tasks I have. I try to balance work with regular breaks and make sure to log off at a reasonable time to unwind. It can be a bit of a juggling act, but having a routine helps me stay productive and maintain a good work-life balance.
It depends on what you call work. I am employed and have a contract for 40h a week, so I am "working" at least 8h a day. I am free to spend my working hours whenever I want, but I usually work from 7:30 - 16:00.
After that, I usually "work" on some side project in a range from 0 to 6 hours a day.
