How early do you usually lock in your launch date? 🗓️

Hey PH Fam, I’ve been wondering what the best approach is. On one hand, an early date can help with accountability, but it could also add stress if the project isn’t ready. I’d love to hear how you handle it. Any tips or lessons learned from your own experiences? 🚀

Depends on the product, but usually 4-6 weeks out. Gives time to build hype without losing momentum.

Same approach here - I usually lock in the launch date a month before to push myself to get the product ready by then. It's a motivating forcing function. Good luck with your launch!
