I've been using Trello and it's been a game changer for managing multiple projects! You can create boards for each project, add lists and cards to track tasks, set due dates, and easily prioritize. Also helps a ton with team collaboration. Notion is another great tool for organizing projects and info in one place. Breaking big projects into smaller chunks and focusing on one thing at a time helps avoid getting overwhelmed. Make sure to schedule in breaks too! Hope this helps :)

@meganelizabethparker Love your suggestion of Trello for team collaboration! How do you handle prioritization when everything feels equally urgent?

I break down tasks into small daily chunks to avoid getting overwhelmed by large projects. Tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion can help organize things. Also schedule brief but regular breaks to avoid burnout and maintain momentum. Hope this helps - you got this! 💪

I'm using Todoist to manage all my projects and tasks in one place. It lets me break big projects into smaller sub-tasks, set priorities, and track progress visually. Seeing everything laid out helps reduce that overwhelming feeling. Taking regular breaks throughout the day to reset also makes a huge difference for avoiding burnout. Hope this helps!

@emmalilysanders odoist sounds great for tracking tasks visually. Have you experimented with features like labels or filters to further streamline task management?

I use Trello to manage multiple projects and avoid feeling overwhelmed. It lets me visualize all my tasks in one place, set deadlines, assign priorities, and track progress. Breaking big projects into smaller, manageable tasks is key. I also make sure to take regular breaks throughout the day to recharge. Hope this helps! Let me know if you want more details on my Trello setup.

Managing multiple projects can definitely feel overwhelming, but I’ve found that having a clear system in place makes all the difference. I personally use a mix of Notion and Google Calendar: Notion for organizing project details and breaking tasks into manageable chunks, and Google Calendar for time-blocking to ensure everything has its dedicated space.
