I'm in the thick of it! Managing everything by myself at the moment but I know it's just a matter of time before I need to bring on collaborators
Running a solo project can be rewarding learning experience, but I know it can also become overwhelming at times.
At the moment, I'm handling the majority of the tasks but I've learned that delegation will be key moving forward.
For founders trying to do it all, it's easy to lose focus on the bigger picture. Identifying areas where support is critical like admi or marketing can help maintain momentum and avoid burnout.
It's a lot to juggle at this stage but I'm doing my best to stay on top of things.
I've learned that while its great to manage everything early on, asking for help can reduce stress and open up new opportunities. Its all about knowing when to lean on others.
