Yeah Rudolph had a very interesting origin! Did you know Montgomery Ward department stores created him for a coloring book promotion in 1939? And the story about his red nose helping guide Santa's sleigh was written by an advertising copywriter. Quite the example of Christmas commercialization! π¦π΄

Looks like a bunch of scammy affiliate links to me. I'd be wary of 'special one day only' discounts from random sites posted on a forum. Probably better to research reputable, established tools for things like lead gen, web testing, etc. Just my 2 cents though! π€·ββοΈ

Depends on your goals really. If you've got a solid niche with not much competition, go niche all the way and dominate that space. But if you're in a crowded market or want to reach a wider audience, keep it broad to capture more potential customers. Just make sure you've got the resources to execute well on whichever path you choose.

Definitely tracking acquisition metrics like sign-ups and referral channels. Also measuring activation/onboarding - what % of sign-ups actually use the core features. And of course retention and engagement over time to see if the MVP is delivering real value that keeps users coming back.

I've been enjoying playing around with the Nvidia H100 GPU - it packs some serious power for AI workloads. Looking ahead to 2025, I'm most excited for potential breakthroughs in neuromorphic computing to enable more brain-like AI chips. Hoping we see some big leaps there!

We segment users based on key actions and traits using Mixpanel. Then I write a bunch of email sequences in Intercom for each segment.
