The deliverable, is just the logo image file, correct?
Some customers would need to print their logo on adhesive label sheets.
Would you consider delivering PDF label & sticker sheet printouts, for Avery, Herma and other manufacturers?

There are so many aspects of it, but it always boils down to keeping the right balance between:
1 - what motivates the employee
2 - what's good for the business
3 - what's fair, ethical and human

Congrats!
I see many rooting for no-code functions. Have you thought that it might be better to dig deeper into being a developer's tool, rather than spreading thin and running into stiffer competition?
A question: if a developer want's to just generate the source code and run away with it, how would the pricing work?

If you want to address Canva users, I'm the maker of a Canva app, that helps to print your own labels & stickers:

Internet/youtube is full of old tutorials on how to do it the long, multi step way.
It's free. Trying to get the word out.
Thanks!

If Albert Einstein had been in the software products business
He would have failed miserably, because:
- he had a deep imagination (design)
- worked hard to formulate it (implement)
- believed that it would be proved in real life (find customers)

Cool useful tool! Congrats!
"Without uploading", means that processing is done on the client side, correct?
Some users might be going to print their images on label/stickers sheets. Do you think you could add that service here?
It is free, and used by millions through this Canva app.

I think that accommodating complexity, will position you quite well in this competitive domain!
HTML Forms do not provide a standard input element, for live video/audio recording. Have you ever thought of adding that functionality to your forms?

New Canva competitor is coming
Looks like Microsoft wants a slice of Canva's growing pie.
That's for sure better (for us) than buying it out.

They are two different things, I think.
Motivation should be a given, I don't see how I can lose it, unless major things happen.
Discouraged - that will happen all the time, typically when you're approaching a corner, and can't see much ahead.
If it keeps on for long, try to pivot, try to find new ways, just like the water does, downstream 😊
What's your secret for staying motivated and not feeling discouraged?

Failure stories teach people better lessons than successful ones. Can you share one of yours?
I think a simple format like this would work best.
1- What was the idea
2- How much time did you spend on it
3- Why do you think it failed
I'll start first:
The idea was to build an international online ordering and delivery network for Birthday Cakes, just like the Flower networks.
I spent about 9 months, almost full time.
Because I had a long experience with flower networks, I was...

Question: do you think Pixelfika might make use of an API that adds DIY sticker & label printing functionality to designs?
It's this one:

My opinion is that it's more important to make sure that the candidate fits with you and your company, in terms of soft skills.
Hard skills can be learned and improved, personalities cannot (at least in this context).
If you decide to hire someone, and he/she turns out to be not as technically skilled as you thought, it will just slow you down.
It will be X times worse, if you or your team...
What are the best questions to ask when hiring someone?

From someone who named his company CodePassion. Many years later, my advise is:
Be careful, strong passion will impair your vision.
You better enjoy the journey, but unless you are a royal or something, you got have a clear eye on the destination.
How important is it to be passionate about the problem your business is solving?
