I placed my order and entered an onboarding process where the questions were asked by Louis using the same video format you can find on the website. This works great! The only small point of feedback I would have is to support going back to a previous question; I lost all my input when I hit the back button and had to start over. After submitting my answers to various questions about my brand and sharing various examples of styles or other logos that I liked, I got a confirmation email from Louis that he would be back in two days with the concepts, so he did! I ordered three concepts but also got a 4th as a bonus! The files I received also include a voiceover from Louis explaining the concepts, which I think was a nice experience. I loved the first concept, and I asked Louis for some feedback on the typography. After a few emails back and forth with valuable input from Louis, all was clear and I received the final logo in various formats! Overall a great experience for a great price.
