I use ChatGPT because it fully handles the tasks Iâm comfortable delegating to AI. Iâve tried others, but itâs the only one Iâm willing to pay for.

I think Iâd like to feel like Iâm talking to a real person, not just using dry methods. But at the same time, Iâd like to reduce the influence of the human factor and rely more on data of my case.

Iâd describe myself as a skeptic when it comes to this practice. Are there any studies showing that a gratitude practice significantly improves quality of life compared to simply writing down facts about your day? Why does it have to be gratitude specifically? Grateful to whom? To life? To yourself?

You can't rely on motivation, because many people mistake it for interest. But interest isnât what drives actionâat least not after adolescence. âI want to do itâ gets replaced by âI need to do it.â Thatâs just how it goes. Your list is solid and definitely works for many people, but it wouldnât help much in my case. Since having kids, part of my life is completely unpredictable and beyond...

Our perception is imperfect, but what if our brain doesnât make decisions based on the information we consciously process? Or rather, not on the information we think weâre analyzing. Thereâs a theory that love is just a biochemical reaction to scentsâpersonality, appearance, and style are secondary. So is it the reptilian brain or the neocortex? Whoâs really in charge in our body? Thatâs why...

Right now, AI is pretty mediocre at calculationsâI almost always double-check manually and find mistakes. But itâs great at editing code snippets and generating code based on task descriptions. Thatâs awesome, and I use it all the time.

You can sell a bad product well with aggressive marketing, and you can sink a good product with poor promotion. But thereâs another angle: a product can be genuinely useful, people might rely on it, yet the sales funnel relies on dark patterns. The definition of success or failure can be stretched quite far
