Hello guys, this is my honest review after the first time I used Podcastle! I'm truly unsatisfied with the service because it has too many bugs, finally, I had to export my files to Adobe Audition to work on them. Besides, the customer support is terrible! They charged me twice (for a bug) and they still have not refunded me after a week and they don't respond to their emails! TLDR; Don't use Podcastle as it's full of bugs and the customer support is awful!
Stay away from this nonsense. I just recorded a 50-minute podcast episode, only to have the entire effort destroyed because Podcastle sent the wrong messages indicating the files on both sides were uploaded when they weren't. Now the episode is destroyed, and I'm left having to explain that to my guest. Tried to contact Support, it doesn't seem to exist. Use something else by people who care.
UI is terrible - no easily accessible support. Customer service is horrible. Actually just filed an Attorney General report to the state of Delaware (where they're technically based, but they're actually all in Armenia from what I can tell so they probably rent an empty buildling in Middletown just to have a US "base") so who knows if it will actually result in anything. Highly recommend Murf.ai as an alternative.

The voice from Oliver was pretty nice! Is it possible to increase the quality even more, if cost was not an option? Like ultra premium voices 😸 Im thinking more for commercials, video presentations etc. One offs, where cost isnt an issue etc.

Tiers would be magical. I have a paid subscription with 11labs and OpenAI. But its all at the same level. And the quality seems to be for agents only, I guess thats where the money is at. But I think many people would pay a lot more, for ultra premium quality as well.
I’ll test this service with books—sometimes there’s just no time to sit down and read, but if an AI with a pleasant voice reads it to me through my headphones, that’s a whole different story!
