What habits would you change in your life? The free Anonymous Health app is a totally anonymous way to engage with gamified CBT exercises and AI companions, communities, video content, and more. And if you need more help from a counselor or nurse, our virtual clinic is typically free or no cost with insurance.

Do you collab with specialists in this field? E.g. therapists? :)
Geoff Nudd
@busmark_w_nika Thank you, Nika! We employ a growing number of counselors, nurses, and physicians that support those struggling with addiction and help us develop our app and care model. We also have a panel of clinical advisors including Dr. Angie Chen, Clinical Professor at Stanford; Dr. Joann Schaefer, former Chief Medical Officer for the State of Nebraska; Dr. Palani Chidambaram, our Medical Director who is Board-certified in Addiction Medicine, and others.

@geoff_nudd This sounds very professional. When such specialists stand behind the tool I am pretty sure it can have a bright future! :)

Congrats @geoff_nudd on the launch! This is such an important product to be put on the market. Just a quick question- how does the app keep people who are overcoming an addiction engaged with their goal? Are there tips on avoiding triggers? Where do you get your health information from?
Geoff Nudd
@benson_huang Thanks so much for your thoughtful questions! The app has a variety of free resources to help those struggling with addiction to stay engaged with their goals. Highlights include videos from thought leaders, recovery stories that are released every other day that give hope; weekly gamified CPT "Chapters", rewards for progress, and engagement from our AI companions. If someone wants additional help, in California, Oregon, and Alaska, they can engage our clinical team of counselors and nurses. This is typically free or low cost with insurance. In the early Chapters and daily Check Ins, users can track their mood, cravings, and usage alongside their activities to help them learn their triggers. In later Chapters, we provide various techniques to help them manage triggers, and we provide tools for this within the app (e.g., a cravings timer; mindfulness exercises; videos). We have a panel of clinical advisors including Dr. Angie Chen, Clinical Professor at Stanford; Dr. Joann Schaefer, former Chief Medical Officer for the State of Nebraska; Dr. Palani Chidambaram, our Medical Director who is Board-certified in Addiction Medicine. We really appreciate your questions. Please keep them coming, and would love to connect with you personally if this is a deep area of interest for you.
