Heya Hunters! I'm psyched to share Yentabot with you. What started as a fun Miami Hack Week project to give us some space from our other startup idea that had no users we decided to build a Slackbot that can answer questions based on past conversations. Yentabot gives instant answers that are surprisingly accurate (powered by GPT3 + RAG). Once you invite it to public channels in Slack, it starts to index what's been said. Ask questions by mentioning @yentabot. Yenta will react with 👀 to let you know it's working on an answer. Then it provides an answer along with links to conversations to show reasoning. My best real-world use case was I was at a conference where a client of my company was the sponsor. I wanted to go chat with them, but I hadn't worked on that particular account and it was Saturday so I didn't want to bug my team. I installed Yenta on that channel, bought a sandwich, and then sat down to ask it some questions about the company and the work we'd done for them. It answered perfectly and I strolled up to the booth to say HI. Yentabot is available now in free beta — give it a try and let us know what kind of questions you asked and how well Yenta answered!
