This is something that I wanted to give a shoutout to for just the amount of ease it has brought into our lives during development. It was and is the tool we use for note taking ideas about new products and brain dumping. The Ask AI feature is magical as it might come up with stuff that you may miss amidst a busy schedule.

The perfect addition to this template is Voicenotes AI. Not only because it records your thoughts freely and gets them transcribed using AI. But its state-of-the-art AI also summerises, reviews or creates main points of your past notes. It has perfect memory as well as commitment to privacy and longevity.

Heres' a confession: I have a note-taking-apps addiction problem. Another one: I used the Evernote Pro account for many-many years. One day, I woke up to see my dearest app transformed into a bulky, glitchy and huge pile of unnecessary features. The migration to Notion still haunts me at night. I'll never forgive them. I have a couple of voice to note apps and use them differently. Voicenotes has the ability to question your notes and that has led me to use it for journaling, capturing fleeting thoughts, track ideas and things in my life. You can create summaries , main points, to do lists etc from one note or several which is great when you've captured your thoughts or meetings on different days. It looks nice and works smoothly. I'm finding it so useful.

Voicenotes is one of those apps that can motivate me to express myself. I think this is the value that Voicenotes provides.

I've been using Voicenotes for a couple of months and it has been very helpful. I don't need to type in my manual note app any more as I can just record what's on my mind and the app stores it and can bring it back in a summarised form on demand. So far I'm using it to track activity in my veggie garden and will expand the use to other areas soon.

Voicenotes has become my most used, favorite productivity app. I used it to capture to-dos (which I have integrated with Todoist), random thoughts, and micro-journals for self reflection. However, Voicenotes ability to capture meetings (in meeting mode) is exceptional! The post meeting reports are better than the "built in" tools from Teams, for example. The best part of Voicenotes is how the tool has evolved since it's launch - it has only gotten better with more capabilities while still remaining a straightforward, sparten tool with a simple UI. Great job team! Everyone else, just try it! Once you have a few weeks of recordings, the AI capabilities turn your notes into a wealth of insightful Q&A. Bottom line, Voicenotes is a game changer for productivity.
